ContextIn 2021, Trustpay had about 50 employees, mainly in Can Tho with a small presence in Hanoi, and needed to expand quickly.

My roleI led the opening of the Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City offices, from site selection and lease negotiations to hiring, equipment and implementation. In Can Tho, I rebuilt the HR and Administration team and established Legal and Marketing teams. In Hanoi, I mainly helped move lease documents and office setup forward.

OutcomeBy early 2023, all four locations were operating steadily and the organization had over 300 employees.

ContextThe company faced a software licensing claim and needed time to meet fire safety requirements following an inspection.

My roleI worked directly with the software company and its legal representatives in Vietnam to negotiate a resolution and closure documents. I also presented a remediation plan to the fire safety inspectors and requested more time to complete it.

OutcomeThe proposed financial settlement fell by about 55%, with a signed agreement releasing further claims. PALL received an additional three months to complete the fire safety requirements.

ContextThe business needed a model connecting digital services with in-person experiences.

My roleAs CEO, I developed its online-to-offline model, spoke on behalf of Run Together at domestic and international events, and joined the Go Global ecosystem for guidance on franchising.

OutcomeThe O2O model was implemented, and I represented the company in technology, sports and franchising networks.
